Caitlin Brennan

I am a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Florida on a Pre-PA track. The summer after my freshman year, I interned at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, where I worked as a physical therapy and occupational therapy assistant. It was there that I developed a strong passion for neuroscience, particularly in spinal cord injuries. Following this experience, I joined Dr. Erica Dale’s research lab at UF, where our primary goal is to restore breathing after cervical spinal cord injury using closed-loop epidural stimulation.
